Venkatesh approached us with the vision of building a residence that could comfortably accommodate his joint family. The core idea was to balance shared spaces that foster togetherness with private areas for individual comfort. Our team designed a single-unit home with multiple usable spaces, seamlessly blending community living and personal privacy.
Family-Centric Design
The layout was carefully planned to reflect the dynamics of a joint family. Shared areas like the living and dining spaces encourage bonding. At the same time, thoughtful zoning provides privacy when needed.
Functional Flow
We designed circulation and spatial flow to ensure ease of movement across the home. Multiple usable spaces were incorporated, offering flexibility for gatherings, relaxation, and daily routines.
Harmony of Spaces
The residence combines openness and seclusion in perfect balance. Each area serves a clear purpose, creating a home that feels united yet respects individuality.
