    “No, we don’t do that here” Unless it’s a renovation project. We would always like to start on from square one with the clients and their ideas. so that we can extract what exactly you are looking for and provide you with them in a best possible way.
  • Can you share your previous projects?
    “Sorry, we don’t share them” Every project is one owns Personalized design and are copy righted. “But you can view them” by dropping by our firm or check our website for all latest works
  • Do you follow Vaastu?
    “Yes, we follow Vaastu”. All our designs are Vaastu compliance. We also onboard in house Vaastu consultant on request by the client.
  • How long will it take to design or complete drawings?
    This depends on the size of the project and how long it takes for the client to make decisions, amongst other things. “Good things take time, Great things take a little longer”
  • Can you start the work without advance?
    “No, we don’t work that way” Every project and piece of work we do is billable, just like any other business.
  • How do you communicate and work with clients during a project?
    “We mail our clients” We keep our clients updated with progress, updates and changes through mail. We also prefer single point of contact for communication to keep the communication linear.
  • Do you work with contractors?
    Yes, we work with contractors and have our own contacts with whom we have worked with successfully in past projects. However, if a client has a contractor they would like to work with then we are happy to meet new people and carry out some due diligence.
  • Do you offer site monitoring and coordination service?
    Yes, we have consultancy plans for that reach out to us for more information.
